Affiliation rules:
✦ - Must have at least 10 active members
✦ - Must not be an 18+ Server
✦ - Must be easy to navigate
✦ - Must have a nice and supportive environment to all members and users.
Affiliation regulation:
We are not too overbearing on regulating the forums that affiliate with us. But that doesn't mean we won't check in every once in awhile. We want to make sure our members are safe so every month or so we will check all of our affiliates for the following.
Affiliation termination conditions:
Your affiliation will be terminated if:
✦ - The forum has become hard to navigate
✦ - We notice the staff of your forum harassing or bullying members
✦ - You have removed us from your affiliation list.
✦ - Your forum has begun to show that it is a toxic and damaging environment.

Affiliation check ins
Every month we will perform affiliation check ins to make sure your forum stays true to the bullet points above. Here on COTE we care about the safety of our members, this is why we want to make sure our affiliates are providing a safe environment for their members as well.
